Product Features:

• Colour protection: excellent colour stability, enabling food to maintain a vibrant, bright colour for an extended period without being affected by environmental factors.
• Antioxidation: delays the oxidation of food, prevents discolouration and browning, and maintains the sensory and nutritional quality of food.
• Natural antioxidant — Haematococcus pluvialis: rich in astaxanthin, a potent natural antioxidant whose antioxidant capacity is 10 times that of natural β-carotene and 550 times that of natural vitamin E.
